Hi.

I am a very new golfer and started playing from September 2025, I then decided I would buy a membership and have been playing twice a week most weeks.

Current handicap is 24 so I was never expecting to get a hole in one.....ever! I was playing ok for my standard and came to the 9th hole (par 3, 140-150yds), the green sloped to the left and I was using my 8 iron to hit the right side of the green.... It was a great shot and I thought a birdie was on the cards, as I turned back I noticed the ball wasn't slowing down until it just disappeared! I nearly knocked my playing partner over and the club shop heard the cheers. I think I've told everyone I know twice haha.
