Finally made the first hole in one in my golfing career! Been playing for 40 years! Hit an 8 Iron that looked good off the club face but didn't really see the ball go in, just sort of lost sight of the ball - playing partners thought it went in but I thought it had rolled behind the pin or off the back of the green. Didn't see the ball as we approached the green but when I checked the cup my ball was sitting in the bottom!!
