If flying from North America, the flight will likely be overnight arriving in Dublin the morning of Day1. The shuttle will take you to the resort. I plan on having a plan to adjust to the time zone changes, possibly including melatonin to try to get to sleep after dinner.
Upon leaving the resort back to the airport, we plan on renting a car to tour the southern part of the country for a few days. My surname in America came from near Cork. You can also easily reach the western side for some of the more famous links courses as well. Rumor has tee times maybe getting tight at places like Ballybunion. Then decide to return to Dublin or fly from Shannon. Going north from Dublin to Northern Ireland is also an option.
If not in Dublin on a Friday night, try to be in a smaller city to pub crawl with the locals. Just don’t drive back at the end of the night. The local gendarmes have a lower tolerance for impaired driving than in Wisconsin.

We all had a first event. Mine was the TTI at Kiawah Island. Not knowing anyone starts out a bit overwhelming but all the TT staff and members quickly have you feeling like family. Soak it up and enjoy the week. The golf is not super competitive so don’t worry about that. See you there!

Remember my first one at Pine Needles, NC. It all started way back when with a one day event, where I met big Chris B, Gary B, (TT members) Mike D, Abbey, Rick and other staffers from Titleist. Believe it was ten years ago and have made many friends since that time. Think my first encounter with Dale was at Pinehurst when he and I partnered up again a couple of guys form NC in a friendly wager. The events are about having fun and meeting good people from all over the world. They have really grown in size and the number of members attending. But the main thing is that the courses are always first class, tour level, the TT members and staffers are the best. I will be arriving at 1045am getting registered, getting rested for three days of fun and games. Hoping my body will last and a little Irish whiskey will help out. YES, the TTIs are phenomenal, wherever they are, and to ditto Dale, we are family. Hakuna matata. See ya in Dublin.
