Thanks Luke. Absolutely brilliant to get to see the inner workings at St Ives - especially the Scotty Cameron studio. Henry Byrne is also very good at what he does - as indeed are all at Titleist - a highly skilled environment to work in.
    Many thanks for that.

Thanks for sharing! Does this mean that customisations are available in the U.K. now? Although my treasured Notchback is pretty much pristine still, it would be nice to give the old girl a makeover, maybe for my next ‘0’ Birthday in 2021...
  4. Wonder when the Phantom & Concept putters will be on the shelf??
They certainly look tempting for a streaky putter like me!
Maybe I'll find that holy grail of putters in these models....

Henry is a stud, pretty good with the Cameron stuff too!

    Thanks for the insight Luke
  6. Hi Steve, unfortunately customisation is still only available in the US. The workshop here is the Tour workshop and is used to build clubs for our brand players.

Love that 009 - is that a Spieth backup?
  8. Hi James, yes that's Spieth's backup putter should anything happen to his current gamer. It's built to his exact spec should he ever need it.

    Hi Luke,
Thanks for sharing indeed. As you might have figured out in my previous post Inside the Tour Truck... (massive populair, and getting lot of hits) this inside is what TT members want! Closer look inside Titleist.

I do am surprised to see the gripping is done by hand... while the factory works with machines. Is there a reason for that?

Also on a side note for the readers. All the tools you see shared by Luke is made by the master himself.
Over the years on tour the circle T head covers have been very populair. Unfortunately it's tour only.
I hope one day Scotty will change this and make the CIRCLE T stamp available in the custom shop online.

Keep up the good work Luke!

    Happy swings,

    Bart

Thanks Luke, some great pics there and Henry scrubs up well for the camera!!

Its a shame that the workshop doesn't provide a customisation or reconditioning service
My 20 year old Pro Platinum needs a make over!!
Any future plans to offer this service as I am not keen to send it to the US
