    Ok this is the fourth attempt at having this posted on the forum. So I will start by saying my new T200 irons have finally arrived, order placed 4th September and received Sunday 6th October. The golf company I placed my order with stated that the email they sent went into Titleist spam folder and the delay lies with them. So a technical glitch caused my delivery to be delayed but still I am not happy because only part of this order has not arrived after this delayed timescale.

    I also ordered a new 33 inch Scotty putter when I placed my T200 irons order but what had happened to this item is anyone’s guess as the shop again have clearly told me when I picked sup my irons that they placed the order for the putter at the same time and have emails to prove this.

    I will be replacing my hybrid 818 with either a 510 or a TS model with in the next weeks or so and I am not sure if I should use this shop again since I have bought Titleist equipment every year since 710 and 910 series was launched, that’s 5 drivers and matching fairways, 5 sets of irons, 5 hybrids, Vokey wedges every new launch and numerous bags. Never had an issue before now so could Luke give me some indication if the problem is I fact the shop. I know this is long winded and most likely won’t make it onto the forum but even a quick personal email would help.

    On a positive note, these irons are brilliant.

    There have definitely been some delays with orders possibly due to the new iron, utilities and hybrid launch as my TS hybrid took a month to arrive from order although I did spec a non-standard grip.

    Perhaps lessons to be learnt as the choices are getting wider for heads and shafts that this puts a lot of pressure on the logistics and build teams when so many eagerly awaited clubs are launched at the same time.

    Good to see you got a response from Luke which is something you might not have got from other brands.

    First time I’ve ever had an issue with my order not arriving, shop updated me yesterday to say the have had to re order my putter, make of that as you will.

    Titleist still the only brand for me

    Picked up my new SC putter select fastback and a U 510 4 iron with hzrdus 5.5 shaft. Just need he weather to play nice now.
