  1. Good afternoon Team Titleist!

I want to hear from you!

If you could pick 5 courses in England or Ireland to play, where would they be? Let me know your bucket list!

Drop your picks in the comments below. Who knows, in 2023 you might be there!

Have a good weekend on the course!

    Good evening Andrew.

Just seen your post along side my own and would love to take up the opportunity to come play Walton Health with you.

My Brother was kindly invited by a member who he did some work for as he lives just up the road in Epsom, so I can stay at his for the evening. He also told me it’s a stunning golf course you must try and play.

How would this work and when was you thinking.

    Kind regards

    Simon Worsfold

    Royal St Georges
    Royal Berkshire

  16. I’ve been lucky enough to play Royal Lytham and that was a bucket list course. The others in England for me would be:

    Royal Birkdale
    Hoylake
    Royal St. George’s
    The belfry
    Wentworth
  17. Rob H

    Rob H
    Manchester

    Hi Will,
Wow, this is difficult but here goes. I have left out Scotland as you asked for England and Ireland.
    1. The European Club
    2. Ganton
    3. Adare Manor
    4. Woodhall Spa - The Hotchkin
    5. Sunningdale Old
I love all the open course but these are equally appealing but for different reasons.
  18. SAnderson

    SAnderson
    Edinburgh

Sunningdale, Ganton & Birkdale in England.
Lahinch & Adare Manor in Ireland
  19. Out of the courses I have not played but really want to- I would say:

    1. Sunningdale (old)
    2. Wentworth (West)
    3. St Andrews Old course
    4. Swinley Forest
    5. Berkshire

  20. CountyDown
    Portrush
    Gleneagles
    Royal Birkdale
    St George’s Hill
  21. 1. Royal Portrush
    2. Royal County Down
    3. Old Head
    4. Adare Manor
    5. Royal Birkdale

Could easily have put another few down above my number 1 spot if you allowed Scottish course to be allowed Will
  22. Hi Will

This is almost impossible...so many great courses but here goes!!
    1.Ballybunion
    2.County Down
    3. Sunningdale Old
    4, Wentworth
    5.Trump International

If we were to choose, we would make it a 3 day event to say NI - Portrush, County Down and Port Stewart
or North West England at Birkdale, Hillside and South and Ainsdale
Scotland at Noth Berwick, Muirfield and Gullane
There are lots of courses to mix and match in South East England and the list goes on

Like the Titleist trip to Turnberry a couple of years ago dreams, friendships and memories are made on these trips so count the three of us in!!!

    Geoff, David and Kevin
  23. Like Geoff there are some great courses all on the list

The Strand in Portstewart which I enjoyed
    Ganton
    Troon
    Ballybunion
    Wentworth
    JCB
would love to play all the courses

    Kevin Geoff David
  24. Dave H

    Dave H
    England United Kingdom

Geoff and I sat down to an official AGM at our offices to discuss this and agreed the ones he has listed. Such a hard choice as there are too many good courses in the UK, but we gave it a go. Any day with TT is a great day and experience. Hopefully get on an outing next year as I have missed all the TT days this year.
  25. Not in any particular order but my five would be:

    Wentworth
    Lahinch
    Adare Manor
    Royal Liverpool/Hoylake
    Royal Lytham & St Annes
  26. Dale V

    Dale V
    Surprise AZ

England or Ireland... I enjoyed Portmarnock and have not played any in England. If we add Northern Ireland, obviously Royal County Down but I actually preferred Royal Portrush Dunluce. Every hole was amazing! If we add Scotland, Kingsbarns was high on the list but St. Andrews Jubilee, New, and Old were all outstanding. No other experience in the world for a golf historian than walking St. Andrews Old and then going over and paying homage to Old and Tom Morris at the cemetery.
  27. Tim U

    Tim U
    Uk

Here’s my 5 based on what a days needs
    Nice course
Good practice facilities to try gear and have chipping/putting comps
    Celtic manor
    The grove
    Machynis peninsula
    Woburn
    Frilford Heath
  28. I've played all the Celtic Manor courses and Machynys, I prefer Machynys to the 2010 personally but both great tracks!
  1. 1
  2. 2
  3. 3
  4. Next
