    I recently had a milestone birthday and one of the gifts received was a £150 gift card for American Golf. I thought I could maybe get a Titleist standbag (add the difference) for the days that trolley's aren't permitted but the selection on their website is very underwhelming (Couldn't see a Stadry one which would be what I would go for). This leads me the reason for my post, apart from stocking up on balls can anyone here suggest any better options??

    I have plenty of shoes and am happy with my clubs so am at a loss really as to what to use it for. They also only have a 12 month duration so I will need to get something at some point.

    New FJ Waterproof jackets are pretty nice ? Worth looking into.

    I’ve had the same problem and now told family not to get me AG vouchers as they can’t order in if it’s not online or in stock.
    Shame as they used to order in anything.
    Do you have a golf watch or range finder?

    Hi Paul,
    Personally I find the StaDry golf bag option overrated, I tried one for a winter season and although the clubs stayed reasonably dry during heavy rain, the bag itself when wet on the outer layer and become just as heavy as a non StaDry one.

    I've switched to the Players 4 bag which is a great allrounder, waterproof enough for my needs, plenty of room for clubs, waterproofs and other gear and might suit you, and if it doesn't you can soon sell it on using that well known auction site!

    Thanks everyone for your replies and apologies for not coming back before now (lost my login details).
    I ended up going for the Premium StaDry tour stand bag. I like the look of it as it's similar to my mid size bag in the classic black and white. Football and family commitments means it's not seen the course yet but hopefully will get out soon round Royal Ascot Golf Club where we usually play.

    Thanks again and enjoy the extra golfing that the clocks going forward brings!!!
