    Over the years I had put together a mish mosh of Vokey wedges including a 60 degree which I found myself using less and less. Decided today to update and purchased three new SM9's (48,52 and 56). Hit a few on the range and I'm really looking forward to Sunday's round. Sure are good looking!

    I use my set GW48, Vokeys SM9 52, 56 and rarely carry my 60. I can open up my SW56 and get enough height to cover any shot at least 90% of the time.

    I used to think I needed to take my 60 out of the bag until I read that it was a good option out of firm bunkers. Started using it and now I love my 60. It won't replace my 56 as the favorite but I have started using it a lot more around the green.

    Lately with so little rain, the courses down here tend to bake out pretty good and with our sandy soil I found it dicey to swing as hard as the 60 requires without worrying about making precise contact. I had made the 56 my sand wedge anyway so I'm more comfortable with it.

    I have never carried a 60 wedge and in all honesty my 56 can do all I need if I want extra height etc
