While working with an instructor I’ve held off on updating wedges. I have a collection of 8’s and 9’s. The groves are not beyond their use date. I was planning on SM11’s. We had worked out the specs for my next set. Now that there is a reduced price on 10’s - should I wait or should I go?

Don't wait too long, or you'll have to make the right hand clubs work.
You can always order the 10's and hide them until you wear out the old ones. I know that's impossible for any real golfer to do, but it's a thought.
  3. You've waited this long. Get the 11's to come out in 2026.

At our age, its always a risk to wait on anything. :)

Do you plan on playing the remainder of the year, if so, then order the SM10's now? Otherwise then wait for the SM11's.

I am waiting for the introduction of the SM11 Wedges. I know Titleist is always upgrading and making them better. I like the different grinds and lofts along with the different finishes. I am waiting also for the ProV1x left dash to hit the shelves. I will be replacing my 3 Vokey wedges with the SM11's. Along with the left dash it should be an unbeatable combination.
  10. I jumped on the 10's when they went on sale, did I need new wedges not really but how can you pass on the new club smell LOL. The real reason was it was the only thing left in my bag that I didn't change to Titleist. Wedges are like putters hard for me to give up when you know know what it is going to do on a given swing.
  11. With the reduced price on SM10s I’m picking them up ASAP!

If the SM11s are coming out in 2026, that is great. Will not be play again until around March 2026, once I am released from PT. Good timing. What is the official released date. The spring or the fall.

My wife has a favorite saying and advice to people our age. You are an adult, you can do whatever you want to do. She's a retired guidance counselor. Humor is my best medicine right now.

The SM10's were released for fittings in Feb 2024. Are they on a two year cycle like the irons?

Guess I can answer my own quuestion. Since the first Spin Milled SM4 was released in 2012 they have been released every two years. Based on history, they are due out in early 2026. Goes to show if you search the Titleist site, most times you can find most answers. Bored, yes.
  16. What is the difference between the 11's and the 10s.
