I have played golf balls manufactured in both plants and did not notice a big difference in performance with either.

If you can get the ProV1's made in USA, they will probably be the only domestic manufactured thing in your golf bag, and most likely that includes what you're wearing. So if you're happy with clubs made overseas, why are you worried about where the ball comes from?
