I've used golf speed sticks at my local indoor range. I've been bugging the wife to get a simulator in the garage but she doesn't like the idea.

being old, 76 and a former elementary school physical education teacher, I work on core strength and flex. Just got fitted for the new TS D3 driver and 3 wood. This past summer I bought the new AP3 because of the stronger degrees over my AP2s. I was fitted for those also. Now I am waiting for the new Pro V ball. Back to my work outs, I am always searching for new drills and exercises for golf. I start with cardio for warm-up then to the legs, then the core and lastly my arms and shoulders. Then finish up with stretching. Be careful with the fan that you do not cause yourself to be an arm swinger and start over the top. That advice was given to me by my teaching pro. All this has kept me at 4.2 index playing from 6200 yds and have shot my age or below 24 times this year. GO TITLEIST AND TPI!
  3. I challenge myself in the gym mostly with resistance circuit isolation training - band work and tension foam roller workouts - and slip some simulator work in 2-3 times a month - try to stay out the cold
  4. I can’t emphasize enough how important a good stretching routine in the mornings have helped me. Most notably my backswing is a few inches longer and my follow through gradually comes to a stop verses an abrupt stop. Next I need to work on my pot belly and I’m excited about wondering what losing that extra weight will do to my swing.

They tell me 70 is the new 50 and am so glad to see the new 50 year olds out there playing golf regularly. Retirement is a good thing. Staying in shape and playing regularly prolongs life. We Super Seniors can still hold our own. Right GaryB.
  6. Swimming daily, many laps, only missed Christmas day since DST ended, looking forward to the best year ever playing and enjoying Titleist
