Pro V1x in 2023
As an extremely lucky white box tester of both the #388-2023 Pro V1 and #348 2023 Pro v1x I can tell you it's going to be the pro v1x for its better Spin and green side control over the Pro V1 which seem to have gained a little distance, but lost a TON of greenside control especially check-up on 20 yd and in.

Despite the unfortunate extremely high compression of the pro v1x it's going to be the only choice for me this year as it's Superior for greenside control.

I like the ball flight of the new Pro v1.

Consistent feel and response around greens. I have tried the x but it doesn't react like the the v1.

I haven't played yet since buying my 1st dozen yellow Titleist TruFeel. I read the ball comparison article in the June Golf Digest and I hope they play like the balata's that I bought back in the late 90's.

Pro V1X better distance and stop on a dime even if you hit it low on the green!

Few years ago I did a ball fitting through Titleist. Fitter said sometimes it's a toss-up but for you ProV1x is the clear choice. I am a low spin player so need the spin.

If anyone is reading this, I didn't receive any white sleeves in my mailbox but still open to receiving some LOL.

I have played prov1x balls for years. No other ball comes close to its proformance

The OLDER we get, the SHORTER we get! As a "believer" of the True Soft / AVX, my physical structure just isn't up to strength and precision needed! If not already, try Tour Soft! Think YOU will be surprised too!

I wasn't aware of the new balls out of Titleist but I've been hitting the ProV1 forever and I would assume I'd love the new ProV1

I Love the AVX ball . I have played them all and the AVX is my Favorite

Would love to put V1 at the top of my list, but I’m not good enough yet (or wealthy enough) to get the most out of that ball. I used to hit DT SoLo almost exclusively and loved the performance I got off the tee and around the greens. It seemed to match my swing speed perfectly….

ProV1x for me!

Watch for the special in the spring of 2023. Good time to stock up. Heard at one of the golf courses in our area that it had been announced that it was going to happen.

I really like the ProV1 my only complaint is that the course I play (links) eats them like a fat kid does cake lol. I totally watch my ball roll off the fairway and into the rough and never find it lol! A round of golf can get a little extra pricey sometimes lol.

I flip flop between the Pro V1 and AVX. However, given the information on the left hash ProV1x I would love to try some of those. Happy Holidays to Titleist and The TT Community!!
