It's difficult to pick one, so I'll give you a resort preference. Bandon Dunes Golf Resort is the place for me. They have a great collection of coastal courses and an inland course. Another part of the golf experience for me is the amenities that the resort has for golfers. When you go to Bandon Dunes Golf Resort, you immediately know their focus is on giving guests the best golf experience possible.

Swinley Forest, such a historic course that I still am not sure how I got to play it! Gorgeous layout, quiet, well manicured, and fun to boot.

I have been lucky to play many great courses. My favorite is Streamsong Black. I found the massive greens with all the undulations fun. Not something you get to see everyday. A close second is The Royal Dublin Golf Course, great layout, had the course to myself the day I played in March of this year.

I don't have a single favorite course. Several of my favorites are TPC Sawgrass, The Dunes Club in Myrtle Beach, Pinehurst #2, Pinehurst #4 and Pine Needles. And any course where I have shot 76 or less.
  5. i have a local one.. not hard but great fun to play.. there often the best unless your a single handicap!

I enjoyed playing the Journey at Pechanga out in SoCal, but I also loved the 5 courses at Kiawah Resort. The Boulders South Course in Phoenix is nice too.
  8. I've been super fortunate to play several bucket list courses - so it'd be hard to answer anything except Carnoustie.

Muirfield Country Club in Dublin Ohio is my favorite so far. Would have been Muirfield Village but Mr. Nicklaus decided to close the course a week before I was supposed to play it to re work some of the holes. Now my buddy is no longer an asst pro at MCC and have no connection to get to play it now.
