Definitely excited to make the trip! Have been exploring other fun “wee” courses we might try on the way before!
  2. I was lucky enough to be selected for the East Sussex event. A fantastic day, with like minded people making some lasting friendships.

Hello all, as a follow up to earlier post, we’ll be extending a few days before/after the TTI. So far it looks like maybe doing a slow drive around Fife coast had a bunch of hidden gems, or more local and not necessarily the main event courses. If anyone has reccos, please share. Can’t wait!! For clarity as well, really focused more on the not famous/champ courses.

oh wow nice Jack D, thanks! looked those two up and they look gorgeous! I think the only downfall will be how many rounds I can get in only a week! Love these, some others I've heard great things were Anstruther, Crail, Lundin and Elie if you know anything on those! Going to give the old a real try thru lottery and early stand in but other than than, might try and squeeze in morning and afternoon most days :)

I’m looking at maybe taking the full week off and haven’t played Craik or Elie. If you need more company, let me know

  8. Will, Have recently moved into the TSR2 5 hybrid on a Tensei Blue Reg.
It's replaced my utility 4 iron. Liked the 4 - powerful yet easy to launch - but I was only using it a couple of time per round so it wasn't earning its keep. One specific hole that I wanted it to perform well on (long par 3) was not going to plan so, with some regret, I shipped it out.
The 5 hybrid is more versatile and I can potentially use it in more situations. I have to say, it goes a long, long way from any old lie. I've had earlier versions of Titleist hybrids and I am pretty convinced that I like this one the best. The head shape is subtly better while the face lines are clear and give a feeling of confidence. I've used it to get me back in play from behind trees and bump and runs round the greens so it gives me more options.
I've moved into ProV1x this year and the combination is a step up from my previous, admittedly haphazard, use of random Titleist balls.
Overall, I'm very happy with the changes - now I just need to win something....

  9. Just super cool you’re always looking for different areas of the country to go play giving everyone a chance.

    Thanks again

  12. Hi Will any news on this?
  13. I'm guessing there won't be any announcement of this until after the StAndrews trip next week.
  14. Looking forward to it
