I am going back to fundamentals for the first month , after that I will go to the range before playing.

I am luck to live in Arizona, so I was able to spend my time outside on the range to help sharpen my game with my new Titleist equipment.

I'm hoping to become a single digit handicap.

When it is too cold to play or practice I spend my time in the gym doing exercises that will help my flexibility and strength. My favorite golf drills are throwing a 6 lb. ball up against a brick wall from an address stance, using a giant ball between my arms and pulling weights in a forward and back swing motion and doing body core and stretches from the TPI web site.
  4. Went to an indoor driving range.

I have a heated range 5 minutes from work. I take my 45 minute lunch break everyday at the range. I also worked with the golf instructor at my local course for a few months to work on my struggles from this past season.

Got on a health/fitness program to prepare for the next level lessons so to keep the ball low around the links... braving the cold wind here at the high desert as part of training. Trying on, selecting, and shopping for the correct wardrobe. #TTwearegoingplaces

I live in Naples Florida but as a working stiff I can't afford to play here in the snowbird season. So I wait till May, much like up north, so I go to the driving range weekly, hit a bucket of balls, then a half hour of chipping, finish off at the putting green and Bob's your uncle, a good workout.

Hitting some balls at the indoor range and during the few odd days that the weather is warm enough to go play I'll fit in 18... or maybe some more

I have been hitting the gym to work on my strength, stamina, and flexibility as well as spending time out at the range when the weather permits.

I got ready for 2017 by signing up for lessons. I'm headed to Scotland with a group of 8 guys in late April. I want to make sure to have a great time.

Gone through physical therapy and exercised to get rid of my tendinitis that's kept me off the course since July. I feel like I'm getting closer and hopefully hitting balls in a couple of months. That's when my 2017 begins!

Playing my 10th round in January 2017 already. Weather here in MD has not been too bad this winter. 30s-50s. A dusting of snow here or there. Nothing to speak of. Never really slowed down my golf too much, though I wear many more layers. Still working around the chipping green a few days a week, or the practice green, or hitting a few balls on the range before each round. Hardly skipping a beat.
  17. Mainly spending time on the putting and chipping green on days when its warm enough to get out. I have hit balls on the range on days when they aren't mats only. Don't really care for the mats. Really working on shortening my swing to improve consistency.

I did nothing but practice and play all year round! Gotta love living in Northern California for that!

    1. When the weather cooperates, I head outside for a round. Otherwise, I sometimes use the heated bays at my local range to stay loose.
    2. Hit balls in my back yard to keep the short game sharp
    3. Hit the "old" shag balls into the woods behind my house & have my Chessie go retrieve them for me! (Not a golf ball in the pic but you get the idea. BTW ... the soccer ball lost the battle and had to be retired.)
    4. Practice putting on the mat in the Man Cave with this new beauty.
